First I figure out how it is suppose to work then, and only then, can I fix it.

Internet Marketing was not working for me. I was getting signups but I was not putting no cash in my pocket. During my research of "why" I ran into the developers of the script that runs this site. During the looong conversation with him i asked how this script will make me anymore money than any other.

His answer was "STOP GIVING EVERYTHING AWAY and THE MONEY WILL COME".

After thinking about that statement for a few days. THE light FINALLY came on!

He said come up with a low cost product and drive traffic to it. Well I finally got it!

That statement is probably the biggest internet marketing attraction. Bringing new people into your business with that kind of thinking only adds to your failure rate. There are two reasons for that failure rate increase.
One: There is ALWAYS someone offering more money than what your offer is saying.
Two: Most will not make any money and move on to the next dream...

The Simple Solution...

Bring them in to use your product/service. If they like the service they will stay. I am going to use GlobalNPN as an example:
To make a long story short:
Soon after the launch of TEBrowser I started developing Viral Traffic Buffet to teach people about the software. My intention was to TOTALY teach people that list building was a waste of time and effort. I had an autoresponder already.

One without monthly fees. While making a video, showing the results, I discovered that my autoresponder was not doing what it was suppose to do. I realized the numbers spread was too much even for me. As it turned out my hosting changed some things making my autoresoponder stop working fully. Anyway, I had heard alot about NPN so I started the search to find someone that actually used their (NPN) autoresponder.

I did not find anyone after days of talking to people that had any leads in the system. I finally decided that the cost was very low, so I went for it. After all, how could I prove list building was a waste of time if my autoresponder was not doing the follow up for me. The gurus would be quick to pick that up and slam me.

During the developing of a splash page, for my new found GlobalNPN business, I discovered something that was very IMPORTANT.
When I develop a splash page I always signup to my own newsletter just to make sure everything is working.

I had not setup anything within the autoresponder when I filled in the form. I was pleasantly surprised to discover NPN already had that part already set up for me. The whole series of emails that came in the following days, well lets just say are better written than I could ever do. No hype just straight to the point.

So why was it that nobody had any leads in their system?

The people I had talked to had all been part of the TEAM approach and had no clue how to set things up. They all talked about the money. Many had been involved with this, TEAM approach, had quit only to join another TEAM. Why? Expecting different results... How?

Had these same people been brought into NPN knowing the simplicty of the system, well, most would have stayed. Not all but most. Some people get bored too easy!

When you spend time giving away anything "FREE" how can you expect to make money?
Oh I see, "The Money Is In The List". It is "FREE" so again where does the money come from?
This is the expensive lesson I finally learned to think about & ACT on.

Easy Solution:

Build a list offering your new prospect the how and why the upgrade is essential FIRST.
Upgrade for better commissions is not a reason. One in a hundred that join via free will ever upgrade and most will never even get one hundred to join under them. So there will be no commissions...

MLM is NOT About YOU...

MLM is NOT about selling, MLM is about Sharing...

Selling is a word that triggers negative thoughts to most people. In MLM there is no need to sell in a traditional manner of speaking. HOWEVER PRODUCT MUST MOVE IN ORDER FOR ANYONE TO GET PAID. So if you share the product sales will come naturaly. So as you can see selling someone on a product they may neither need of want benefits nobody.

This is the biggest mistake I see over and over again. Someone sells a product to get rich and never takes the time to actually use the product for themselves. So what happens when the money just goes out the door and nothings gets in their pocket.
They move on....

MLM is ALL about Duplicating YOU, over and over again...
You bring in 2 and show them how to do the same?
With MLM everybody has the opportunity to out do their sponser. That is the basis of MULTI-LEVEL MARKETING

The MONEY IS NOT IN THE LIST

That statement is only half true. the list starts from traffic. YOUR list is just another way to drive traffic. Over and Over again....
